Defense Period

The defenses will start on April 9th, 2026. The duration varies depending on departments and number of candidates.

Department Organisation

Each department has a dedicated schedule including :

• Dates
• Time slots
• Assigned rooms
• Selected panel of judges

Important Instructions for Candidates

1. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time
2. Bring all required documents (reports, digital presentations, etc.)
3. Follow academic dress code
4. Ensure presentation materials are functional
