Welcome to our HND Business & Management department in Douala. As a prime stepping stone toward rapid professional integration or further higher education, the Higher National Diploma (HND) is a state diploma highly valued by corporate employers. The HND is an official national higher education degree. Equivalent to two years of post-secondary study (HND+2), it is a professional qualification recognised both in Cameroon and internationally. The HND program spans two years and alternates academic training with mandatory corporate internships. Graduating validates the specific professional skills required for your chosen specialisation. Our higher institute offers a dynamic learning ecosystem designed to equip you with the essential operational skills for careers in management, finance, and commercial strategy.
To help you choose your career path and ensure maximum clarity, our HND programs are grouped into 4 major professional fields. Click on the specialisation of your choice to directly access its full descriptive sheet (curriculum, courses, and career opportunities):

The strength of our HND department lies in a teaching method resolutely focused on field experience. Our programs integrate mandatory corporate internships, numerous professional simulations, and personalised supervision by academic lecturers and active professionals. This strong connection with Douala's economic fabric allows our students to develop the practical skills (soft skills, office automation, and management tools) most sought after by recruiters.
